We try to ship your purchased items out within a 3 day business period or sooner.
We ship our items through USPS first class mail online so that you can have a delivery confirmation number that we will forward to you after shipment.
We can ship priority mail for $5.95 for 2 items and then an additional $0.75 per item after the first 2.
We do accept returns on items that have something wrong or defective. You will have to ship the items back to us, we will see if we can fix them and return or replace them, or work something out for you.
